Respect of human rights

The firm is one of the pioneers in the field of human rights.

Its founder, Bernard Dartevelle, has distinguished himself by supporting forced labourers on the construction site of a gas pipeline in South-East Asia and by bringing successfully in France legal action against a major oil company. In honour of this legacy, our lawyers assist organisations in respect of their obligations under the legislation on the duty of vigilance (Devoir de vigilance).
