Paris Bar (2012)

Cindy Gay joined the firm right after her admission to the Paris bar in 2012.

She assists the firm’s clients, both corporate entities and their directors, before criminal courts, and also in the prevention of their criminal risk, in particular through implementation of internal compliance procedures, and more specifically in the fight against corruption, money laundering and tax fraud.

Cindy Gay also practices before the labour courts on matters pertaining to inexcusable conduct and work-related accidents.

Cindy Gay is a member of the emergency criminal defence Bar. In this regard, she regularly assists her clients in police custody or during their appearance before the criminal court or an examining magistrate.
