Vincent Blondeau is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
A partner at the firm, which he joined in 2013, he specializes in corporate criminal law. He advises and assists companies and their executives—whether as defendants or victims—before all criminal courts.
In this capacity, he frequently handles complex cases with an international dimension (corruption, money laundering, fraud, breach of trust, or misuse of corporate assets, etc.).
Vincent holds a certificate of specialization in “Business Criminal Law” awarded by the National Bar Council.
Previously, he practiced business criminal litigation at the law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel.
Vincent’s expertise also extends to general criminal law, which he practices before all grades of criminal courts.
For the year 2025, Vincent was selected by his peers for inclusion in the “Best Lawyers” ranking in the “Business Criminal Law” category.

Vincent is admitted to the Bar for emergency criminal defense.
He has served on the jury for the CRFPA Panthéon-Sorbonne’s Grand Oral exam for the past 10 years.
He serves on training committees for attorneys at the Paris Bar.
Before becoming a lawyer, he served as marketing director at a multinational corporation. As a result, he possesses a strong business acumen and has a thorough understanding of how companies operate.
