Paris Bar (1998)

After studying at the Lycée Saint Jean de Passy and the Lycée Henri IV, Fabrice Dubest graduated from the prestigious ESSEC business school.

He has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1998 and joined Bernard Dartevelle’s firm at the beginning of his career, becoming a partner in 2005 then creating the current firm with him in 2009. He has worked alongside him on the firm’s most prominent cases.

In 2001, after the famous eloquence competition of the Paris Bar, he was elected secretary of the Conference and for a year defended the most disadvantaged in criminal, financial and terrorism cases.

Today, he mainly assists the firm’s major group clients in managing their criminal risk and their most complex cases, in both advisory, pre-litigation and litigation matters. He has a deep understanding of all aspects of corporate criminal law and the defence of directors. He is accustomed to handling cases with  an international dimension as well as those with high reputational stakes.
